How does it work?

Authorise on the site. To go to the top-up page, click on the green wallet button at the bottom of the page. Select the region you need. Then choose a convenient method of recharge. If you have a promo code, enter it in the field for the promo code and click ‘Apply’. If the payment method involves entering e-mail, enter it. Then click on the ‘Refill’ button and follow the instructions from the payment system.

Usually funds are credited within a few minutes, but sometimes due to external payment system failures, it may take a little longer. If within 3 hours the funds have not arrived in your site balance or have not returned back to your account, contact support on our website.

To use the promo code, go to the refill page and enter it in the ‘Promo Code’ input field, then click on the ‘Apply’ button.
